Serving Hot and Fresh: Launching Nando’s Online Delivery Experience
Nando’s UK aspired to move off Deliveroo’s white-label solution to take control of their online delivery experience. I joined as UX and Visual Designer to help design a platform that better reflects their bold & playful brand, and allows them freedom over features.
Through prototyping and user testing, we refined the ordering journeys to make them seamless, engaging, and intuitive. We added a menu filter and search functionality, empowering customers to easily navigate, customise, and order their favourite meals. I also helped rebuild Nando’s design system, which enabled teams to share components more efficiently, and creating a unified experience across platforms. The result was an online delivery platform that gave Nando’s full ownership of their digital delivery experience while delighting customers with a service as fiery as their PER-i PER-i chicken.
